And if your schedule doesn’t allow you to focus on these details, or you simply don't want to, we’re here to step in. Whatever your situation, we make the process smoother, more efficient, and far less stressful.  

The Managing Officer for your liquor license must:

• Be a U.S. citizen (by birth or naturalization) 
• Be registered to vote in Missouri 
• Pay personal property taxes in Missouri
• Be able to pass a background check

If you don't have someone who can fill this role, don't worry!  We can act as your Managing Officer as part of the liquor license registration process.  This means we will be the point of contact for your liquor license with the state and local agencies, and we will receive all notifications from them, including annual renewal information. We do not need to be part of your business to be the Managing Officer.
